About this game
AIchessgame lets you play chess against a strong computer opponent right in your browser. You can pick whether to take the white or black pieces, and the AI responds to every move you make. It is free to play and needs no download, so you can start a game within seconds of opening the page.
An evaluation bar on the left side of the board shows, at a glance, which side has the advantage at any point in the game. This makes it easy to notice when a position turns against you and to learn from mistakes. If a move turns out to be a blunder, the take back button rolls back your last move so you can try a different line.
The interface is deliberately simple and quick to respond. Legal moves light up automatically as you select a piece, so beginners can learn how each piece travels while experienced players can focus on strategy. Whether you want a short casual game or a longer match to sharpen your skills, the board is ready whenever you are.
How to play
Click a piece to select it, then click the destination square to move. Legal moves are highlighted automatically. Use the Take back button to undo your last move. The eval bar on the left shows which side is winning.
