About this game
Alien Wreckage is a fast-paced 2D shoot 'em up set in the depths of outer space. You play as a lone explorer who has one ambition: to gather the most ancient artifacts in the universe. Every abandoned alien wreck you drift through hides valuable treasure, but it also hides danger, and you will have to fight off every kind of alien menace that stands between you and the loot.
The game leans into a retro pixel-art look that gives it the feel of classic arcade shooters. Because movement is multidirectional, enemies can come at you from almost any angle, so you need to keep your reactions sharp and your positioning smart. Exploration, combat, and calculated risk-taking all feed into each other as you push deeper into the wrecks.
