About this game
Block Ship Battle is a pirate brawler built from chunky blocks, and its cannons sit on the sides of the hull, not the bow. You can't just charge at an enemy; you have to swing your ship around, line up the angle and wait for the guns to reload before you let loose a broadside.
The goal is gold, but only the gold you bring safely to a harbour counts. Sink rival ships, grab the loot they leave floating, chase the chests that storms wash ashore and try to catch the Treasure Galleon. The fuller your hold gets, the more every other captain wants a piece of you.
As a match goes on you level up, and each level adds a visible upgrade to your ship, with a captain's ultimate waiting at level five. Choose from six ships and captains and five modes, including Last Ship Afloat, a sixteen-ship battle royale inside a shrinking storm. Progress is saved, so new ships, sails and paint colours unlock over time.
How to play
Use W and S to raise and lower the sail, A and D to steer, and the mouse to look around. Hold the right mouse button to aim your broadside and click the left button to fire. Press X to switch sides, Shift and E for abilities, and Q for your ultimate from level 5. On touch screens, use the left stick to steer.
