About this game

Citadel: Fortress Defense puts you in the boots of a medieval lord in a first-person 3D strategy game. Every day you have a window to grow your settlement, and every night a raid rolls toward your gates. You decide where walls go, where farms and sawmills sit, and how your towers cover the approach.
Resources are the lifeblood of the town. Chop wood, quarry stone, mine gold and grow food, then spend it on barracks, a market and a mage tower. Recruit knights, archers and mages, or jump into the fight yourself by taking direct control of any soldier on the field, which is handy when a breach opens up.
The enemy mix keeps things honest: goblins, bandits, skeletons, shamans and rival soldiers all test your walls, and every fifth day a boss shows up. Renown earned in battle goes into upgrades, so you can reinforce with stone and push your borders outward. It is single-player endless survival with no finish line; the run ends only when the town hall falls.
