About this game
Football Pinball turns a pinball table into a football pitch and puts you at the bottom end of it, defending your own goal with nothing but two flippers. The ball comes rolling down toward you, and anything that slips through the gap between the flippers counts as a goal for your opponent. There's a net down there, so you see every one of them go in.
Your job is to send the ball back up the table. Three midfielders stand in the way, and behind them a goalkeeper slides along his line, following the ball as it travels. A straight shot rarely beats him, so you have to time your hit and pick your angle.
A match lasts ninety seconds. Whoever scores more wins, and equal scores finish as a draw. It's a quick, tense game that works well for a short break, and the rhythm of defending and attacking with the same two buttons makes it easy to start another round right away.
How to play
Use the left arrow, A or Z for the left flipper, and the right arrow or D for the right one. Space fires both flippers at once. On a phone or tablet, tap the left half of the screen for the left flipper and the right half for the right.
