About this game
Last Shift: Humans vs Machines is a fast-paced 3D top-down action game about ordinary people pushed to their limits. As technology gradually takes control of the world, five workers decide they have had enough and start fighting back. You choose a hero, each with a distinct weapon style, and push through five chapters that take you from smart cities full of robots to a parliament filled with devil-horned politicians.
The core loop is simple to learn and tough to master. Dodge incoming fire, hold your position to let your hero attack on their own, and pick a new ability whenever you level up. Options such as twin shots, ricochets, chain lightning and plasma orbs let you shape your build around the way you like to play, and every chapter ends with a boss fight that tests what you have assembled.
Beyond the campaign, there are Survival, Crypto Heist, Boss Rush, the endless floors of Skyscraper and the twisting Server Maze. Upgrade your gear, unlock new heroes and talents, and keep an eye on the daily quests for extra rewards. It runs right in your browser with no download needed.
How to play
Move your hero with WASD or the arrow keys; on AZERTY keyboards use ZQSD. On mobile, touch and drag anywhere on the screen to move. Stand still and your hero attacks automatically, so focus on positioning. Press P to pause at any time.
