About this game
Neon Void: Galactic War is a space shooter drenched in neon light, built around the rhythm of classic arcade games. You play as a pilot defending the galaxy from an alien invasion that arrives in waves, and each wave pushes you to react faster and think about positioning more carefully.
The real highlight is the boss fights waiting at the end of the escalating battles. You will face six distinct boss designs, from the heavy-hitting Devastator to the Void Destroyer, which can teleport around the screen to catch you off guard. The final test is the Omega Sentinel, a fight that demands both quick reflexes and smart use of your resources.
Along the way you can pick up six power-ups that can swing a losing fight. Energy shields, rapid fire, tri-shot and time slow each change how you approach the chaos. Knowing when to save a power-up and when to use it is often the difference between a short run and a record score. It runs free in your browser, so there is nothing to install before you start.
How to play
Move your ship with the arrow keys or WASD. Fire with the SPACE bar or by right-clicking, and use the alternative fire option when you need it. On mobile, use the on-screen left and right buttons to move and the dedicated FIRE button to shoot.
