About this game
Splash Rivals is an online multiplayer paint shooter in which two teams of four compete to claim the arena with their colour. Your job is to spray the ground, drench your opponents, and keep the map flooded in your team's paint. Swimming through friendly paint refills your tank and restores health, so staying close to your own colour is often the difference between a comeback and a quick respawn.
Seven weapons are available, each with its own feel, and you can tailor your character's look and abilities to suit how you like to fight. Pick a secondary ability that complements your style, then wait for your special to charge and unleash it at the right moment. Team up with friends or set up private lobbies for up to eight players and write your own rules.
It runs in your browser with no downloads required, making it an easy pick for a quick session. Matches are short and energetic, and the mix of positioning, paint management, and timing keeps every round interesting.
How to play
Move with WASD (or ZQSD) and jump with Space. Aim with the mouse, fire with the left button, and use your secondary ability with the right button. Press F to activate your special once it is charged. Hold Left Shift to swim through your team's paint, and press Tab to view the scoreboard.
