About this game
WOMS puts you on the last defended street corner of a city that has already fallen. Zombies arrive in waves that never seem to end, and your only job is to hold your ground through each one. It is a top-down survival action game built around the idea that every wave you survive should make you stronger for the next.
Between waves you spend what you earned on upgrades. Heavier ammunition, cover drones, turrets and gunship strikes can all be called in to reinforce your position, and choosing the right one at the right moment matters more than raw firepower. The game offers several modes, from a city siege focused on a single urban choke point to a Fortified Compound that doubles the horde and adds four corner turrets for players who want a harder fight.
Three fresh daily quests appear every day and reward players who think ahead rather than just mashing the fire button. Placement, timing and knowing which threat to deal with first are what separate a short run from a long one. It works well in short sessions as well as longer ones, so it is easy to pick up between other things.
How to play
Move with WASD or the arrow keys, aim with the mouse and fire with a left click. Q deploys a turret, E calls air support, G throws a grenade and P pauses. On mobile, use the left thumb stick to move and the right button to fire, and tap the on-screen buttons for turrets, air support and grenades. Keep moving to avoid being surrounded.
