About this game
Boo Chains is a spooky Halloween puzzle game you can play for free right in your browser, with no download needed. Your job is to link cute monsters that sit next to each other and carry the same number or numbers that differ by one. The longer your chain grows, the more it transforms into pumpkin bombs, lightning strikes and a wild ghost, all of which explode together to build massive combos.
The adventure takes you across a creepy map split into five zones. Along the way you rescue monsters trapped in spider webs, chains, tombstones and armor. Every ten stages a giant boss stands in your way, so you will need to plan your moves carefully to get past it. Each level brings a fresh arrangement of monsters, which keeps the challenge sharp.
Five monster heroes can be unlocked, each with its own special power. You can spend what you earn on upgrades, finish daily missions and collect your nightly gift. The real question is whether you can make it through the entire night.
How to play
Click and hold on a monster, then drag across neighboring monsters that share the same number or differ by one, and release to create a link. Arrow keys or WASD move your cursor, and Enter confirms a link. Press Space to use your power, H for a hint, and R to shuffle. P or Esc pauses the game. On mobile, slide your finger across the monsters.
