About this game
SCRAP ARMS NEO is a pixel-art top-down action roguelite built around a weapon stack. Every weapon you pick up joins the stack and fires on its own, keeping up the pressure even when you are busy dodging. Each one has limited durability, though, and when it finally breaks it explodes, so timing when to discard or swap weapons becomes a key part of staying alive.
At every level-up you choose an upgrade to shape your build, while waves of scrap monsters and bosses push you forward. Six playable characters arrive with their own unique skills, and the Full Burst ability can turn a losing fight around at the right moment. Nine stages end in boss battles, and a harder Back side awaits those who want a bigger challenge.
The game runs on both PC and mobile, in portrait or landscape orientation. Weapons that survive a run can be brought home and used with your score on a weapon gacha, giving every run a sense of progress. It is a good pick for players who enjoy short, replayable action sessions.
How to play
Move with WASD or the arrow keys, and aim and fire with left click or by dragging on touch screens. Switch weapons with the mouse wheel or by tapping a weapon slot, and drop a weapon with X or by dragging its slot upward. Press SPACE or the bottom-right button to activate Full Burst, and P to pause.
